VoIP or IP Telephony

I am looking to deploy around 200 soho users on ADSL connections with VoIP back into our main site via a VPN. I am using Cisco CallManager but I am unsure as to whether I should deploy Voice capable routers (such as 827-4V) or IP Phones for the users. Has anybody had any experience of this or suggestions as to which solution would work best.

Re: VoIP or IP Telephony

I feel using IP Phones will be more efficient. Since they are easily compatible with the voice gateways and have more features than the legacy ones. But incase, you want to go for the 827-4V router way, then here is a sample configuration, which might help you.
