I have an Australian office & a office in New York connected via MPLS. I need to run voice between these 2 offices. Both these offices have 20 persons each. What do I need at both ends to make this work? Assuming that the HQ is in New York.
Depends on what phone technology you want to use. If you want to use Digital Phones/PBX solution is usually very expensive. You could go for a IP Telephony solution from Cisco. You will need a CallManager for call handling and Unity for Voice mail or Unified Messaging (Voice mail, email, fax all in your Inbox).
