VoIP over Data Circuits

I have an Australian office & a office in New York connected via MPLS. I need to run voice between these 2 offices. Both these offices have 20 persons each. What do I need at both ends to make this work? Assuming that the HQ is in New York.

What hardware? Software? Phones?

Re: VoIP over Data Circuits

Depends on what phone technology you want to use. If you want to use Digital Phones/PBX solution is usually very expensive. You could go for a IP Telephony solution from Cisco. You will need a CallManager for call handling and Unity for Voice mail or Unified Messaging (Voice mail, email, fax all in your Inbox).

Is there a low end call manager and unity solution? I was planning to use the soft IP phones. Do you think it will work with that?
