VOIP over Portals

Hi there, we have a CUCM 6 cluster with Cisco Unity 5 and IPCC. For pandemic reasosn, I have setup users (ServiceDesk and DR delegates) to have IPC on their laptops to enable them to work over VPN on their own broadband. This works absolutely fine.

But something came to mind..... What if the ServicDesk were stuck at home without their work laptops. How would it be possible for these users to get onto IP Phones?

We have a Portal in place where we allow users to get to their OWA (email etc), so is it not possible to advertise IPC out via the Portal?

Any pointers are gratefully received.
