I need to set up VPN remote access from several home users back to our data center. We have a 3030 concentrator (4.7.2B) at the data center and will be using the hardware 3002 client (8-port) at the homes. We will be plugging in a PC and an IP phone into the 3002.
Is there a document somewhere explaining how to set up this scenario with VoIP involvement? Can the 3002 and the 3030 be config'd (QOS LLQ etc.) to recognize VoIP packets and queue them up for delivery first in the case of link congestion?

This works with 3002.

Where in the 3002 config do you find QOS parameters?

I doubt that you'll find any, its all going to be best effort. However, it does work like a champ. (With only one phone at least)

This document applies for the ASA, so it may have some relevence to the 3000 series:
