I am using a 3620 for VoIP debit card platform. I have a few questions:
1. Can I write my own TCL IVR scripts to run on a Cisco 3620 ?
2. Does the signature locked scripts that are provided by Cisco identify payphone calls and if yes then what variable name is used to store the information digits ?
Thanks in advance.
I guess you can develop your own scripts. I found this URL which has more details
But I am not sure if you can do it for 3620 as I found only few references to developer guide for the AS5300 platform
Thanks a lot for your response.
I found out from Cisco TAC that if you upgrade the 3620 to the latest IOS then you can infact write your own TCL scripts in ver 2.0
Again, thanks for taking out time and responding to my question.
Yes, the best IOS to run is 12.2.11T. This has SRST and IOS Telephony 2.0
