I'm new to CUCM. I was wondering if I should register my VTC endpoints in call manager and if so, why? Currently only IP phones are registered in my company's call manager.
Yes, the latest Cisco Validated Designs (might want to review them) suggest registering any CUCM capable endpoints to CUCM, and just use VCS-C/EXP-C for 3rd party endpoints.
