VWIC E1 and slips

I am using an AIM-VOICE-30 and a VWIC E1 (configured as a E1 (clock line , network, no-CRC) PRI ETSI ) in a 2651XM.

I am experiencing slips in the VWIC E1 controller. What should I do?

Hi,

The reason is that by default the AIM is clocked on the internal PLL. Just add the following two command on the 2651xm (if VWIC in wic slot 0 of course)

network-clock-participate wic 0

network-clock-select 1 E1 0/0

The only problems I had on the issue was that fax calls were failing.
