Every Few weeks the Unity Administration Page becomes unavailable and only stopping and starting the services helps fix this. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this from happening?

When you say "unavailable" what do you mean? Does it come up with a message indicating there are no sessions available or the link doesn't resolve properly or what?
which services are you restarting? Unity's or the WWW/IIS services?

Unfortunately, I can't pinpoint a service for you... I restarted all services you mentioned which fixed the issue. It could be Unity or IIS, I guess... Have you seen this before?

I've seen folks temporarily run out of sessions before (since the session stays alive for 20 minutes by default), but you'll get a message indicating that when you attempt to log into the SA. It would really help if you could be more specific about what error you're actually seeing when you try to connect and it fails.
