Web Attendant and Call Forwardin

I have 2 Web Attendants installed with the CallManager 3.12c. The Problem is: The Customer want Forward all Calls to a Voice Mail System (or an other Number) if both Web Attendant users are logged out. If i forward all Calls to the Voice Mail System and deactivate the Call Forward on the IP Phone on next day, all calls will be forwarded to the second Web Attendant although the first Web Attendant user is logged on.

After a Restart and Update of the Phone, the Phone works correctly.

How can i solve this Problem ?

Re: Web Attendant and Call Forwardin

The call forwarding should occur in the pilot point for the Web Attendant and not on the phone. For two attendants with 3 attendant line appearances each you might do something like this:

Setup the 1st hunt member to user A line 2

the 2nd hunt member to user B line 2

the 3rd hunt member to user A line 3

the 4th hunt member to user B line 3

the 5th hunt member to user A line 4

the 6th hunt member to user B line 4

(this presumes you have the 1st line on each as their personal extension).

then you will setup the 7th hunt member to the Directory number of the voicemail system. Select this under the Device member information instead of the user member information.

Avoid setting call forwarding on any line that is used for Web Attendant as it will create problems.
