Web Attendant Directory Disappears

Have a problem with web attendant that at least once a day, the directory listing in web attendant disappears. The web attendant still shows online & logged in and works fine, except for the directory listing. Also, we have more than one person using web attendant and it happens on all pc's at the same time! The only to get it back to close the program and restart it. Anyone ever seen this and know how to fix it?

IF the directory at the bottom of WebAttendant Console Disappears ....that mean works for sometime and then blanks out.

Workaround :

1) Launch Web Attendant --> Click on Settings ---> click on the box next to Cisco TCD Database path ---> Copy that "Usersdb1.mdb " to local drive,

and then point it to that directory on your PC.

or

2) Click one of the column headers (as though you were going to do a search) and the grid refreshes. Sometimes this doesn't work.

CSCdw39982 : direcotory at the bottom of Web Attendant disappears.

This is the workaround for the DDTS.

New version of Web Attendant called "Attendant Console" released last week.

It resolves this issue and many others. It is available for download on CCO.
