Web-Attendant Hold Problem

Call comes in, the user puts the call on hold to answer some other call. But the call put on Hold could not be retrieved . Tried to use all the options on the web attendent but couldn't retrieve the call. The call on hold stays on hold and it blocks the line thru which it came in. Able to use that line only after the reset of phone.

During that period,when new call comes in it shows up on the Web Attendent Console and it does not ring on phone.

I really would like to know more about how you set up the Hunt Group. However, make sure that those lines in the hunt groups are not being configured with Call Waiting or Forwarding. In the hunt group configuration make sure you choose user and lines.
