Web Attendant problem

On the advice of TAC, I upgraded my CallManager server to 3.13a-SP-D today. I then updated the TSP, JTAPI, and Web Attendant on our receptionist's PC. (Not the new Attendant Console, but Web Attendant...)

When I launched the Web Attendant, the windows pop-up, but it is blank! I thought I try catching up on the Windows Updates. Loaded all of the current updates to Win98. Now when I launch Web Attendant, I get the following error box:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\PROGRAM FILES\CISCO\WEBATTENDANT\BIN\IEPOPUPCTRL.EXE

R6025

- pure virtual function call

When I click OK, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Re: Web Attendant problem

Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to review our resources at the online Technical Assistance Center (http://www.cisco.com/tac) or speak with a TAC engineer. You can open a TAC case online at http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.

Thank you for posting.

Re: Web Attendant problem

Hi,

Do you have Norton installed on that machine?......it can cause this problem, try to unistall it, or disable at startup.

btw you don't need TSP and JTAPI on the machine with WA.

regards,

Sascha
