When bring up web attendant the screen comes up immediately but the call activity box and toolbar take from 5 to 15 minutes to become active. Is this a TCD problem?
I think the Problem may be due to the older version of CCM 3.0(3). If that is the case upgrade it to 3.0(4) and consider upgrading to 3.1(3).
