web attendant

Customer wants to add web attendant feature to the receptionist's 30VIP phone. The incoming calls go through Unity's auto-attendant before coming to receptionist. Receptionist's phone has shared line appearances and call forwarding enabled.

Will I run into any problems by adding web attendant even though these shared lines with call fwd'g have nothing to do with the incoming call flow?

There are known problems that can occur if you try to have WebAttendant control shared lines on the receptionist's phone, so I would recommend against it.
