I can login to the web attendant by after a few seconds the message incorrect mac address display then after that I will logoff automatically. Is there anyone who can give a solution on that problem. Is there any patch that I missed to Install?
Thanks

I've seen this in an Active Directory integrated install, where the CTI Framework user account was set to require password change at next logon.

I setup everything according to cisco instruction. Everything is configure correctly (users, ports etc.). After I click login the red color (no SRV/LOGGEOUT/OFFLINE) message was turn to yellow and display (SRV/LOGGED IN/OFFLINE) then afterward it go back to (no SRV/LOGGEOUT/OFFLINE) . Then I tried to login again but now I click settings and look if I am connected to the TCD server. I can see that I am connected to the TCD server because it display the IP Address on the "Connected to" portion of the TCD settings.
Any other suggestion or solution
Thanks

Turn on tracing for the TCD service and CTI manager on the Call Manager, then go through the login process and look at the trace files.
