Re: Web Interface for Users

The Web interface (the AA or SA) uses the NT login credentials to find the user in our database, determine if they are a subscriber that has a COS that allows access and then lets them in. IIS is gethering the NT loging info for us and passes the current login information (the user has to be authenticated on some domain somewhere). If they are logging into a different domain than Unity and there's no trusts setup between those domain, you need to configure Internet Explorer to allow the user to manually enter the domain, login and pw of the account association with their Unity Exchange mail account. You can do this under Tools | Internet Options on the security tab... go into custom and down at the bottom of the list there's an option to do manual authentication.
