We performed an upgrade from CallManager 3.0(11) to 3.1(2)c for a customer and now have an interesting issue with Webattendant. When the operator goes to do a directory sort, she types in the first couple of letters and hits enter. What webattendant should do is sort to the closest match. What webattendant is doing is immediately dialing the closest match. Has anyone run into this in the field as well? I couldn't find a bug in the toolkit that looked close. Thanks in advance.
