Webdialer Issue

Hi,

I have installed webdialer on my CM (ver 3.3.3). I am also intergrating with AD. When I search directory.asp it finds the users Ok but there is no hyperlink.

Any Ideas?

Same problem for me.

CCM 3.3.3 and AD.

Message: Cisco CTIManager down

Probable Causes

There is an error with the Cisco CallManager directory installation. Cisco WebDialer uses the user ID and password in the registry that is populated by this directory installation to connect the Cisco CTIManager as a super provider.

Cisco CTIManager service configured for Cisco WebDialer is down.

--> CTI manager is down because webdialer tries to access DC directory.

Cisco guys, any ideas.

I was having same problem. I find that if your CCMSysUser is created under the SearchBase ou you informed when install the AD Plugin, it works.

You need to go trought password issues to, CCMSysUser in AD must have same password as in cisco server register. There is an tool in CM to change that in both locations.
