WebEx missed calls

Hi Everyone,

We have a setup of one deskphone and Cisco WebEx connect for each user on a site.

The deskphone and WebEx connect has a shared line. Everytime a call comes in on the the extension number and the call was answered using the deskphone, a missed call is being displayed on the WebEx connect and it causes some kind of confusion on some of the users.

Tried to uncheck the "Log missed calls" on the DN page but the missed calls are still displaying.

We tried raising a TAC case but was advised to use Jabber instead.
