You can get your voice mail messages via the web based Outlook client. You can listen to them as WAV file attachments... we have several folks in house that use that method from home. If you're using the G711 codec, just about any wav file player will work. G729a is a bit trickier since it's not built into Windows but folks have noted that CoolEdit works out of the box.
you can't use VMO via the web client. As such you're replies will be emails, not voice mail messages.
