Weird Problem

One of our Agents get a Call where the caller have the callingname: OPERATOR.This is displayed on her phone.

the call cames from the PSTN. I checked the callmanager report files, i didnt find anything related to that name(operator). so where is it come from?

Capture signalling debugs on the gateway ('debug isdn q931' for PRI or 'debug vpm sig') to see if OPERATOR is coming from PSTN.

Also search all tables in CCM database to see if OPERATOR comes up.
