Hi,<br><br>I have a user whose ext doesn't not forward to their Unity VM any longer -- just goes to our standard company greeting. I have double checked everything about their phone setup in Call Manager 3.0 and their VM setup in Unity 2.4. The funny thing is that if I change their extension in CM and in Unity then the VM works fine. If I change their ext. back (and Unity) then it's back to the standard company greeting. I have tried recreating the mailbox twice to no avail.<br><br>
