What is the official backup strategy for Unity

I am aware that there are several threads in AvForums that point to the README.HTM file in the CD#1 of Unity which describes the procedure for backing up Unity/Exchange, etc... with Backup Exec from Veritas.

...However/as well in the Unity Training class/students guides, we also make reference to doing:

-NT Backup
-Emergency Repair Disk

in addition to the Unity and Exchange backup. We never speak of these two hear. Are these "nice to have" or a "must have too" in Cisco's strategy for Backing up Unity?

TIA

We try not to recommedn folks to use NTBackup. It is not the most professional program. Can you point me to where you see these references so that we can work them out?

The emergency repair disk is a special disk that everyone should have of their system. It can be very useful in the cases of hardware failure etc.
