what kind of cable between Cisco Voice Gateway and Nortel PBX?

We have a 2821 voice gateway we are connecting to a Nortel PBX T1 Card and there seems to be some confusion as to what type of cable this takes. With a rollover (cisco console) type cable, nothing happens - the 2821 has no CD and it stays in alarm. with a str8 thru rj45 cable CD comes on but the alarm led blinks on and off slowy (this could just be b/c the PBX isn't fully programmed yet (which we are not in charge of)).

Thanks in advance.

You will need a T1 Crossover cable (RJ48).
