What we are wondering about are:
1. If we changed the Hunt Group for example from Longest Idle to First Available or the other way around, how soon would the change take effect?
2. In the First Available setting, if we changed the order of the members, how soon would the changes take effect?
3. Is it possible to include voice mail in the Longest Idle setting?
Would really appreciate any suggestion very much.

1. The change would take effect as soon as you reset the pilot point associated with it.
2. I assume you mean the Hunt Group members, and in that case same applies as stated above.
3. You can include Voice Mail in the longest idle but if the voice mail DN is not dialed that often than it will always have the longest idle and all calls will go there instead of the Hunt Group members.

3. Is there a way to go around that issue? Maybe setting the CFwdBusy and/or CFwdNoAnswer to transfer calls to Unity on each phone that is included in the Hunt Group?
Thank you very much for your help.

I don't think it would make a difference because the Hunt Group members phones will never ring due to the longer idle time of the VM DN. What are you trying to accomplish?

We are trying to figure out how to be able to use ViewMail in the longest-idle setting in case all members of the Hunt Group cannot take an incoming call. So basically we are trying to find a way to set ViewMail not to be the least call-taker as one of the Hunt Group member. Any suggestion?
