Where did CCRA 3.0 Go?

Where is the full install of CCRA 3.0 go? I see the Service packs but not the main upgrade/install executable.

It is my understanding that CRS 3.0 will be available only on CDs -- not available for download from CCO.

It is now orderable-shows up on price list.

If you have a TAC SAU for CRA then you can get CRS (dont know why they still call it CRS) you have to go to cisco.com/upgrade. They will then send it to you with all the CDs and Docs ect....

My understanding is that you can either order the full version on a cd or wait for upgrade from 2.2 to 3.0 :

WARNING: Cisco Customer Response Applications 2.2(4) cannot be upgraded to Cisco Customer Response Applications 3.0(1). To upgrade to Cisco Customer Response Applications 3.0 you must wait for 3.0(2).
