There's no SDK at this point.. the old one still applies. There are no changes in terms of what XML you can do on the phone, and all the JTAPI and AXL changes are outlined in the documents you'll find when following the link. Keep in mind that the SDK doesn't really give examples for a lot of things and that those examples have mostly been around unchanged since CCM 3.3.. so I wouldn't look for a new SDK any time soon. Also keep in mind that as far as AXL is concerned, the documentation for download is autogenerated from the schemas in XMLSpy.. if you have XMLSpy, you can autogenerate it based on the files found on your CCM (and as usual, won't be able to import them into your IDE because that just doesn't work if you go around messing with WSDL files manually.. those things are meant to be autogenerated by the webservice dev environment in which the webservice is created).
