Recently I have created a LDAP server to get the corporate directory in phones.
We are able to see some temporary users in phones but from the same users credentials I am not able to use in IM & Presence.
But in CUCM manually i created some end users they are able to login. Even with CMS it is not syncing.
The LDAP we created is a basic open phpLDAP there are many variants of LDAP in Linux (Ubuntu 17.04 - 64bits Desktop).
Are there any special attributes needed for LDAP to communicate with CUCM? Users created in LDAP are standard users under a default hierarchy of group. Kindly guide if any modification is require in this case?
