Ever since I converted to CCM 3.1 from 3.0 and changed out the Gateway from a DT24+ to a vg200 running h323 with a pri, Any incomming calls via the pstn shows correct number identification, but instead of showing "Unavailable" for the Caller Name/Business Name String, It shows Garbage (Has The start of a XML META tag in it with Wierd block characters and stuff)
Anyone experience this or know how to force the CallerID name (since Our PSTN Pri Provider doesn't pass CID name info) to an Unavailable String or whatever?
I had a similar issue: Ocassionally incomming calls would display a three digit code, for example From 125 or From 345.... I do not have CLID turned up with my carriers (POTS and T1). My guess was that even still the system was passing prefix digits from the local exchanges through and that was why we saw this. After upgrading to ICS build 1.1(1) which brought me to CM3.0(8) and IOS12.2.1.XD1 we no longer have the issue. It was a cosmetic issue, but bothersome anyway. Right now all outside calls display "From 9". Does anyone know where I can change it to say "From External"?

the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
