Windows sizes of Agent/Supervisor Desktop CTIOS on Win98

I am trying to find a way to make sure that the window sizes stay exactly the same after shutting down and starting up the applic. Under Win98 the Reg.key which saves these settings, change immediatly when shutting down to all zeros! Please help. I am using CTIOS 4.6.2 and IPCC with ICM 4.6.1.

I think there are third party applications that can remember window size and location. I use the one that came with my video card (ATI Hydravision software). I'm sure there must be others.

I am having a similar issue. After resizing then minimising the windows, the user cannot "restore" only maximise.
