We are using CCM v4.1(3) and would like to use meetme conference with password security. Have known that we need MeetingPlace or Unity for the conference secuity. Unfortunately we have none of these two servers. Thinking if FAC (Forced Authorization Codes) can be used as a quick workaround solution for the time being until we get MeetingPlace installed. Anyone has the experience to enable FAC with Meetme conferenece number? Thank you in advance.
I was pondering this exact problem just a couple of days ago. We don't have a CCM system I can try it on yet but I was wondering if you could create your MeetMe numbers, let's say they're 300X. Then create a translation pattern for 301X and configure it to use FACs. Change the called party transformation to 300X and you're done...I think.
