Running Unity 2.4 with Cisco Call mgr. 3.0 using skinny.
Noticed that when I make an internal call & called party does not answer, phone fwds to Unity, but Unity does not give caller the personal greeting of the called party, instead it asks caller for their password, same as if they called Unity directly. This doesn't happen with external calls. What is happening and how can I corect it ?

Thanks

Rob

Are you calling the internal extension via the automated attendant?
That would be expected behavior.
However, if you go off hook in house and dial another internal extension directly and it forwards to voice mail and asks for a password, who's password is it requesting? You can test this through the status monitor in the techtools directory or by making sure the two TUI passwords are unique and testing the system live.
