On a 7960 with 7914 add-on module, with multiple line appearances, occasionally user will go off hook, or press new call, and will grab one of the other line appearances, instead of own line. Service Parameter "Always use Prime Line" set to true. We are running 3.2(2C). Any known bugs related to this?
I didn't find any known problems similar to what you have described. What service packs have you installed on the CCM server? If you installed any service packs, they usually have post installation instructions for setting a new phone load. What phone load is loaded on the phone in question? Check the add/remove programs on the CCM server to determine the last SP installed and then check CCO readme that accompanies the SP and confirm you are running the recommended phone load.
