There his more than 100 messages marked as urgent so I don't know where unity is getting those number from?<br><br>I used movemailbox to make sure the mailbox was not corrupted. I'd guess that you have a bunch of return reciepts in there and possibly NDRs hosing up your counts. The filters treat receipts and NDRs as voice mail messages. Take another look at his box and take that into account... The filters are real straight forward.
Unity will never count over 100, by the way... you'll never hear "you have 3100 unread messages" or the like even if you have TTS enabled and it does a count of your emails as well.

You are right on target. Now why is unity doing that. It doesn't make sense. Is there a way to prevent this and have it count only real voice messages. My guess is that there is not , otherwise it would do it but I had to ask. I need to come up with an explanation for my boss. As for the guy with such a crappy inbox, he's a VP. You know, those guys that don't have time to read email or hit delete but love to make our life a nightmare :-)
