Hi there,
I made a mistake and entered the wrong server name for the prompt to play back recorded voice. Now, I get a pop up entitled Telephone Record and Playback saying the specified server couldn't be found. Has anyone had experiencing in correcting this or forcing a reprompt of the information?

If you're doing this from the VMO plug in via Outlook, you get at this setting from the Tools | View Mail Options menu option off the main Outlook menu.
If you're doing this from the SA/AA you click the little down arrow on the left of the media master control and there's an "options" selection in the drop down menu that lets you set this information.
