WS-SVC-CMM versus WS-X6608-T1 transcoding / conferencing

Can a WS-SVC-CMM with a WS-SVC-CMM-6T1 module have

unused T1 port DSPs reallocated to serve as either transcoding

or conferencing DSP's like the older WS-X6608-T1?

I cannot find documentation suggesting that the WS-SVC-CMM

does, unless the additional WS-SVC-CMM-ACT module is also

purchased.

No, the DSP resources of some T1/E1 ports on the WS-SVC-CMM-6E1 cannot be used as as conference or transcoding resources. A separate DSP module(WS-SVC-CMM-ACT) is needed for this.
