WS-X4604-GWY, IOS 12.1, + E&M Wink 4-wire

I'm trying to configure a WS-X4604-GWY w/ VWIC-1MFT-T1 for an E&M wink trunk. The issue is that the "operation 4-wire" command is missing and the default is 2-wire. Is 4-wire note supported in 12.1(5)YF2? TAC had me go to this load to get the 8port FXS & DSPs working. Thanks.

You should not have to define operation 4-wire if you are using the t1 port. T1 only use 4 wires. You should just need the ds0-group under the controller to get the voice port and that should be fine.

Thank you,

Re: WS-X4604-GWY, IOS 12.1, + E&M Wink 4-wire

Given how this equipment should work, I'd agree with you. When I do a show voice port 1/0:1 it states that the controller is operating as E&M type 1 two-wire. I have an existing Lucent PBX on this trunk set for ESF B8ZS 4-Wire E&M wink and it is running fine. I know the circuit is good. Any other thoughts on this? Thanks.
