WS-X6624-FXS on CuCM7

Hi,

we update from CCM 4.1 to CuCM7 but the analog Phones on the WS-X6624-FXS-Board have no dial-tone. The analog Phones ringing when i call. But no connection when i offhook. The Board is registration on the CuCM and sh port see the callmanager, tftp usw.

Any Idea ?

Try to do a hardware reset or try removing the blade configuration from CallManager and re-add it.

What exact load is the 6624 using? Have you ever received dial tone on any of the 24 ports?

have just received the new version of devicepack-7_0_2_21009-1 installed and now it is.
