xml error

I installed the sdk file on my ccm 4.1 and put configure the image file,on my color screen phone im seeing the image black and with but on the 7961 phones it given me error,but i resized the file to (The Width is 125 pixels and The Height is 60 pixels.anyone can help please

Can you make sure that the image isn't just black and white but actually uses 4 bits or less for color depth?

And.. I'm assuming you're talking about CiscoIPPhoneImageFile, correct?

It'is like im doing the wrong thing,ok i wanna put the company logo on the background,i saw some document by what i dont understand is the file path like (C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\Desktops\ 320x212x12) when i went the i can not see this part \Desktops\ 320x212x12 that is my problem how should that do that.

Log into the call manager (either locally or via VNC or Remote Desktop), then start windows explorer and create the appropriate paths and files (e.g. for the 7975: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7975g/6_1/english/administration/guide/7975cst.html

then look for the Cisco Unified IP Phone 79XXG Administration Guide for Cisco Unified Communications Manager guide - they explain what files you need to create where.
