I have heard that a third party has written an application that will allow all phones overhead paging. What is it called?

Best bet on third party apps is www.hotdispatch.com. VanillaWare (I think) makes an intercom software, I wouldn't doubt if they have some sort of paging application.

Try Berbee Informacast. I am using it, and it works well. They are about to release a new version that allows 1 button paging.
