XML services over the internet

I have sample IP phone services that retrieve data from the internet. I have a proxy server in my LAN. Has anyone been able to get an XML working through a proxy server ? Thanks.

I do have some XML services working through a proxy server as well.

Cisco has an URL Proxy, in SDK.
