Hello,
As I understand form a TAC case for enabling Jumbo frames on my N5K is :
switch(config)# policy-map type network-qos jumbo
switch(config-pmap-nq)# class type network-qos class-default
switch(config-pmap-c-nq)# mtu 9216
switch(config-pmap-c-nq)# exit
switch(config-pmap-nq)# exit
switch(config)# system qos
switch(config-sys-qos)# service-policy type network-qos jumbo
....What I need to know is how to remove this command if we run into issues.
Thanks in advance!

You should be able to re-attach the default policy
system qos
service-policy type network-qos default-nq-policy
