Hyper-Flex node showing wrong PID.

Hello,

we have a hyperflex bundle composed of 2x Fabric Interconnects and 3x HX220 nodes. 2 of the hyperflex nodes have the correct PID the third one shows up as a normal c220 M4, as you can see from the image attached. The third server has a tag on it with the right PID. Is there any way to change this? Is there a procedure?

Please open a TAC case, so that they can work on correcting the PID either through software or hardware replacement

Were you able to open a TAC case?

Was TAC able to correct the PID on your third server?

Yes TAC solved the problem. At first they sent me a new server but it was still a C220. So in the end the changed the PID via software.
