can we have diff ip address(private) for the same network ?
i was assigned a task to create a seperate vlan (lets say vlan 200) for 10.19/24(ip address) and this network included ip addresses 192.168/24 in its vlans.
i created the vlan 200 in core switch but when connecting to it(switchport access vlan 200) from the switch , i was unable to access the internet where as i could telnet to the core switch. what would be the problem??...and when i tried creating a new vlan 210 with the subnet 192.168/24 range and made same setup, everything was proper and i cld access the internet.
