LACP ports on N5K to N7Ks went into suspend mode after upgrading code from 5.0.3 to 5.1.3

When we try to upgrade the code from 5.0.3 to 5.1.3, all links from N5K to N7K and vice versa went into suspended mode. Those ports are configured as LACP.

We are using following interfaces Eth 4/17, 5/17 on line card model N7K-M132XP-12 going to N5K1 layer2 portchannel2 (eth1/30 and Eth 1/31) . Interface 4/18, 5/18 on line card model N7K-M132XP-12 going to N5K2 layer2 portchannel2 VPC (eth 2/13 and eth 2/15). THis is on One N7K1 switch and the same way configured on N7K2 gateway. N5K1 and N5K are formed as VPC pair. I did almost 20 pair of switch upgrade in LACP but did not had any such problem.
