Could anyone help???

Is it possible to policing on the Nexus 5k - reading through the documents it seems it has been replaced with network-qos.  But the regular command do not work.  Such as;

ip access-list policing

permit ip any 172.20.0.0 0.0.255.255

class-map match-any limit_to_100Mb

match access-group 10

policy-map police_to_100Mb

class limit_to_100Mb

police  100000000 1000000 512000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop

int vlan 101

service policy in police_to_100Mb

LOL - Isn't really an answer to my discussion.

I have done both the exams... all you need is a valid full CCIE or CCNP.
