Nexus 5010 - SFP Validation failed with 1000BASE-T SFP

Hi,

we have a Nexus 5010 with some SFP 1000BASE-T that we are unable to configure, when we try to set speed 1000 on the interface that contains the SFP we have the error message:

"Configuration does not match the port capability"

nexus1# sh int e1/20 capabilities

To configure the sfp we go in conf then

nexus1(config-if)# speed 1000

ERROR: Ethernet1/20: Configuration does not match the port capability.

You need to use any of the first 8 ports for 1G on 5010.

Port 1/20 does not support 1GE speed on this platform.

So just to confirm I can use a copper 1000BASE-T SFP in a Nexus 5010 as long as its in the first 8 ports?  I am running on my Nexus:
