Run Diagnostic test on ACE 4710

Hi All,

I have two questions:

-Is there a command to run DIAGNOSTICS test on a new ACE 4710 just like you could do for a normal switch to test all ports and hardware?

-Secondly, when connecting to the console port using Putty, the session appears to get stuck after a few commands and then I have to restart both laptop and Load balancer device. What could be wrong?
