i read in some cisco docs that congestion rule of thumb at access layer is 20:1 and is work well .

so can someone explain to me what it does it mean by "work well" !!

what i diden't understand is that this rule don't say anythig about the traffic behaviour

so whene saying it work well,i would like to say:in respect of what type of traffic?!!

can i use it in designing a voice/video network ?!!
