how can i undelete or recovered deteled boot flash file.

my catalyst 2900 xl prompt now is

If u hv the backup of IOS, u can restore this by using xmodem. Pls refer the link for procedure.

Thank you for reply... looks like it is exaclty what I needed.. however I am getting this message. no response from from remote system (hyper terminal) and,
